It's by "WENGER" but strangely is only viewable on target.com, not wengerna.com
I would buy another one if this one ever got really worn out and all. I love it. The only downside to it is it doesn't hold a regular size notebook. I fixed this by buying a smaller notebook @ a dollar store. Altho I could just rip a bunch of sheets out of my regular notebooks I paid 15 cents for and shove em in the pocket lol.
